The President of the Republican Party of India (RPI) and Union Minister Ramdas Athawale became infected with Corona on Tuesday. This has been confirmed by Mr. Athawale's office. He has been admitted to Bombay Hospital as a precautionary measure.
He had given Payal Ghosh membership of RPI on Monday. It was told that after this Mr. Athawale had complained of phlegm and pain. After this, his corona examination was conducted, which came positive.
