The Tata Group patriarch, Ratan Tata, is now all set to invest in Deoghar and Godda districts of Jharkhand. The giant industrialist thinks that the state has a great potential and scope to grow, and it could be another greener pasture for the industries.

Giving a boost to his plan, the patriarch has now planned to open Hospital, a Taj Group Hotel and a Steel Processing unit in Deoghar and Godda districts of Jharkhand.

On October 1, 2019, the Godda BJP MP, Nishikant Dubey, during his exclusive meeting with the former Chairman of TATA Group, Ratan Tata, had a short conversation in this regard. The meeting was convened at the Delhi based residence of Ratan TATA.

“As per their discussions, the business tycoon has shown consent on opening a Hospital, Hotel and a Steel Processing Unit in Deoghar and Godda districts”, the BJP MP said.

“While, the hospital would be built in Godda, the Hotel and the Steel Plant would be established in Jashidih or in the areas close to the shrine city. The authorities concerned are now searching for the required plots of land in a suitable place for the Steel Plant in Jashidih”, Said Dubey.

“If everything goes well, the TATA Group will soon come up with its execution plan”, sources revealed.

Sources said that it was the TATA Group Chairman who had shown his willingness to meet the Godda MP so as to discuss all such plans. Dubey however, visited Ratan TATA’s residence in Delhi and discussed about his development plan.

In 2017, while speaking at the Momentum Jharkhand Global Investors' Summit 2017 in Mumbai, Ratan Tata had said that the Jharkhand had a big opportunities and scopes to grow.
