“India
stands for three D’s – Democracy, Demography and Dimaag. These all enable the
government to ensure Ease of Living”, said Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. The
Indian PM was addressing the audience at the US – India Strategic Partnership
Forum (USISPF) held at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg, New Delhi on Monday.
The
USISPF members had called upon PM Modi to participate in the hours-long
program. The delegation was led by the USISPF Chairman, John Chambers.
PM
Modi spoke about the steps taken by the government to ensure ease of doing
business like Reduction of corporate tax, labor reforms and the entrepreneurial
risk-taking capacity of Indian youth.
Modi
also appreciated the delegation for expressing their faiths in the Indian
Economy. “The evolving start-up ecosystem in the country highlights the
entrepreneurial risk-taking capacity of Indian youths”, PM Modi added.
Meanwhile, the delegation also expressed their faith in the vision of the
Indian PM and said that the upcoming five years would certainly define the next
twenty-five years of the world.
