During the lockdown, the well-known media house Observer
Dawn organized the Indian Realty Conclave 2020. Pankaj Jain, Managing
Director, KW Group, Amarendra Shukla, National Sales Head, Online Platform OLX,
Sanjeev Kathuria, COO, CRC Group, Rema Menon, Vice President (Retail &
Commercial Development), Parsvanath Developers Ltd. and Rajat Tandon,
Director, Investors Clinic were included as panelists.
In the Conclave, the moderator was jointly tasked by real
estate expert Rakesh Purohit and 'Observer Dawn' Hariom Tyagi. Speakers at the
WebConclave said that time for real estate like all areas is also a crisis, but

The speakers also appreciated the work being done at the government level for
the real estate sector.
Speakers cited fear
