In the Marathwada region of Maharashtra, 218 new cases of corona infection were reported in the last 24 hours while six more patients died of the disease.
Health officials gave this information on Monday. According to the data collected from the district headquarters of Marathwada region, Beed was the most affected out of the eight districts in the region, where 40 new cases of infection were reported and two patients died. Apart from this, 44 new cases were registered in Aurangabad while one infected died. 18 new cases were registered in Hingoli, 15 in Jalna and 13 in Parbhani and one person died in all three districts. 52 new cases were reported in Latur, 25 in Nanded and 11 in Osmanabad.
