India's Football Legend PK Banerjee on Ventilation Support

India's football legend Pradip Kumar Banerjee, popularly known as PK Banerjee has been on ventilation support in a city hospital where he is undergoing treatment for various ailments for past weeks.

Winner of 1962 Asian Games gold medallist, 83-year-old Banerjee, who has been fighting a chest infection for the past 4 weeks, has been given ventilation support after his condition deteriorated on Monday evening, a medic of the private hospital said today.

He has been taken to a critical care unit of the private hospital and  has been on ventilation support.
